Fire 🔥

The words hung in the air for a moment Tara didn't move her breath hitched her finger slowly circling into her palm she looked up at him again, her eyes were burning.

"Aap apna apko Samajhte Kya Hai ?" she said her voice

trembling with range.

"Aapka hone wala Pati Mohtarma" he said, while looking into her eyes with teasing tone, the changing expression on her face were making him hard.

"Pati? "She repeated a sharp laugh, escape from a cherry pink lips.

"Ap Jaise Insaan ko Pati mana sa Achaa ham mar na jaya ”she said there was something far more dangerous in his gaze he leaned closer still enough to not touch her, but close enough for her breath to flatter.

“Mana karne Se Sach Badal nahin Jayega ”he said.

“kal Subah tak ap chittorgarh ki rani ban jayage ” her finger clenched, the bedsheets beneath her.

“ Chahe jo bhi ho….mai Mar Jaungi Par Tumse Shaadi Karke Tumari Biwi nahi banungi ”the words hit him this time, he didn't tease for the first time his expression changed she turned her face away, as if even looking at him was unbearable. A silence followed.

Then his hand moved towards her face, caught her chin firmly, but not harshly, and turned her face back toward him

“Idhar dekhi ya ” he said something soften inside him, their eyes met again, and this time there was no playfulness in his eyes.

“Jab tak Main Zinda Hoon”he said slowly, his voice was low, and it was giving her goosebumps“ Marne nahin Dunga Samjhi hona wali Rani Sa ”the word hit her hard  she just stared at him Is this the same person who killed my father because the man he was in the battlefield was like a monster, but now he doesn't look like the one and that scared her more.

“No ” she whispered under her breath almost to herself with all her strength, she pushed him. He caught off guard. She lost his balance and fell back onto the bed before he could react. She was already running fast. She rushed out of the chamber, her breath uneven  heart racing.

The sound of Payal echo through the silent corridors, Chann Chann, delicate musical, but for him, it felt like something else. He didn't get up immediately. Instead, he lay there for a moment of laugh, escaping his lips. He was amused by her.

He sat up, his eyes were fixed on the door. She had just disappear through as if he could still see her standing there. He could still feel the fire in her eyes his smile returned.

"Bhago jitna bhagna hai " he said softy to himself " Bas kuch hi waqt ki baat hai "phir app hamari ho jaya gi rani sa " silence filled the room again but this time it wasn't empty it carried something dangerous

He ran a hand through his hair leaning back slightly closing hiss eyes for just a moment

Tara ..... he murmured under his breath

“Yeh aag jo lagayi hey apna rani sa usa bujhaya kasa ”

The night passed but not them it was a long night for them

The first light of morning spread across the palace the palace didn't look like it was preparing for a wedding it looked like it was holding it's breath a small mandir or place int the inner courtyard no guest no royal gathering just servant and the soldier present their

He was dressed in normal attire, he sat their calm as if everything was normal

Time passed the priest around nervously servant whispered among themselves she hasn't came yet another few moment passed, still, there were no sign of her

Now he had started being restless, but it was not visible on his face, just then

Rani rushed through through the corridor, her stepped hurried , her face pale she reached Tara's chamber she knocked but there was no responses.

“Rajkumari Darwaza Kohliya” she said she didn't got any response. She tried again.

“Rajkumari…..”again, there was no answer for heart begin to raise. She tried to push the door, but it was of no use. It was locked from inside. Fear settled in her with a moment. The news reached him.

One of of the head soldier of the army came toward the Mandir, where Shaurya was present their he went to him and inform him“ Maharaj Rani Sa Darwaja nahi khol rahi ” he didn’t reacted he simply looked him, his expression unreadable somewhere he was somewhere expected this.

Then finally, he stood up everyone present there were confused by his action. People were whispering the moment, his eyes fell on them, the total event silent

"Jab Sher  ki Nazar Padti  Hai To Jungle Khuda Khamosh ho jata hai "

He walked through the silent corridor, ignoring everyone present their no one dare to stop him .No one  dare to open their mouth and speak.

He reached her chamber, but stopped looking at close door for a brief second a faint Smile appear on his lips.

“Zidhi ” he murmured and went towards the door and knocked

“Darwaza kholiya Rajkumari ”his voice was calm, silence, heated, but then again slightly firm this time.

“Agar Aapne Darwaza nahin Khula Rajkumari nahin to Hum Darwaja Tod Denge” still nothing his eyes darken .

“Darwaza Todo ”he ordered the guard they didn't hesitate, started breaking the door after hitting it. Several time cracks appear, and then something happened

Offend heat, they could feel it just then barely noticeable at first, but then finally saw smoke shipping through the edge of the door. Rani step back eyes widen.

“Yeh dhuwa…” Rani said guard  froze for a second before hitting again, and this time hard wood splintered the heat grew stronger undeniable.

“jaldi karo ” this time it was Shaurya who  being restless, then finally, the door broke and open and everything stopped

The room was burning flames crawled of the curtains. The bedsheet had got fire. Smoke fill the air, and in the middle of it, she stood.

Her dupatta was slightly burning at the edge  her face was glowing  in the firelight  her eyes they  had some kind of happiness, but it won't stay longer.

Their eyes met their was  no fear in her eyes, she took step back deep in the flames

“Hum na kha tha ham mar  Jayenge, par apsa  Se Shaadi nahin Karenge Shaurya Rudra Dev Singh ”🔥
